Company Secretary

 

According to the new Companies Act 2006 which comes into force on the 6th April 2008 companies can now be formed using only one individual acting as a Director. This means that there is no need to specify a company secretary as the company does not necessarly need to have one. However, if you wish to appoint a company secretary you can still do so. If your are unsure as to the role and duties of a company secretary then you can take advantage of our nominee company secretary service.
